AIR TRANSPORTATION: Tour packages do not include airfare unless mentioned in the "Tour Includes" section.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: All cancellation requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than (60) days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.

HOTELS: As listed or similar based on governmental classification. All rooms with private facilities (bath or shower). All hotel taxes and service charges are included.

TRANSFERS: As specified in itineraries, including meeting, assistance and porter age.

MEALS: As specified in the description of each tour.

TOURS AND SIGHTSEEING: By luxurious air-conditioned motor-coaches and guided by professional licensed English speaking guides. All shore excursions in conjunction with a cruise and tours not listed under "tour features" are optional.

SEQUENCE OF ITINERARY: Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT: Available on request.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE: Airfares, (unless indicated), airport taxes, passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours and shore excursions.

BAGGAGE: On all motor-coach tours one normal size suitcase is allowed.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: Any physical, or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation. The Tour Operator and/or its representatives reserve the right to exclude such passengers, unless prior approval for their participation has been obtained from local tour/cruise/land operators.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Protect your investment. Insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, etc., is highly recommended, and is available through European Tours Agent.

RESERVATIONS: See your Professional European Tours Agent for reserving your favorite vacation package, or other Mediterranean travel arrangements.

RATES: All rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour/cruise operators, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person, per package, or full payment if cost of services is less than $100, is required within (7) days from booking to secure reservation. If deposit is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Balance of payment is due (45) days prior to arrival. Bookings received less then (45) days prior to arrival must be accompanied by full payment. For bookings received less than (14) days prior to arrival an additional $25 will be charged for special handling.

SINGLE ACCOMMODATIONS: Rates for single occupancy listed reflect single hotel rooms and single cabins. European Tours cannot arrange share accommodations in hotels and during overnight tours. Sharing accommodation on cruises are on request basis.

TIPS/TAXES/ENTRANCE FEES: All taxes except airport and port taxes are included. Entrance fees to Museums and Archaeological sites are included. Tips to cruise staff, guides and drivers are not included, and are at your discretion.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Participants must be in possession of valid passport and visas where necessary.

RESPONSIBILITY: European Tours, hereafter called the tour operator and /or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies. The responsibility of the tour operator and / or their representatives is limited. The tour operators and / or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour operators and / or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason. The tour operators and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owner or his employees. The tour operators reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason. The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit will represent acceptance of the above mentioned conditions.
