DAY 1: ATHENS
Upon arrival, you will be met by our friendly
staff and transferred to your hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 2: ATHENS – CORFU
Morning sightseeing tour of Athens including
all famous monuments: the Panathenaic Stadium,
the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's
Arch, the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the
University, the National Library and the Constitution Square (Syntagma). Tour
ends with visit at the Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum.
Departure to the Airport to get on the flight
to the unique Italian architecture style island of Corfu.
Arrival and transfer to your hotel for
check-in.
DAY 3: CORFU
Today explore the beauties of the island like
the castle of Mon Repos , the Esplanada square and the museum of Asina Art.
Of course the “must” of the island is a
private tour with exploration to the local villages and the Palace of Empress
Sissy , where you will enjoy the local culture and tastes or a day trip to the
close sea-side of the out of the beaten track country of Albania.
DAY 4: CORFU-
ATHENS
At the indicated time, (preferably evening)
you will be transferred to the airport to take the flight back to Athens.
Upon arrival, transfer & check-in at your
hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
DAY 5: ATHENS / DELPHI / KALAMBAKA
After breakfast, drive from Athens to Delphi
for visiting the grand archaeological site. On the slopes of Mt Parnassos lie
the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythias. Surrounded by a wall, the
Sanctuary of Apollo Pythias is filled with monuments, statues and some 20
treasuries of
the Athenians. Then depart for Kalambaka for
dinner & overnight.
DAY 6: KALAMBAKA / ATHENS
After breakfast, proceed to the breath-taking
scenery of Meteora Monasteries , built on top of
huge rocks that seem to be suspended in the
air. Admire some of the most interesting samples
of Byzantine art held within these spiritual
surroundings.
Return to Athens, transfer to your hotel for
check-in & overnight.
DAY 7: ATHENS - AIRPORT
Transfer from your hotel to the airport for
your flight back home.
