Day 1: Arrival in the Loire Valley...Amboise Private transport from Paris to Amboise. Check-in at the Four-Star hotel Le Choiseulfor for 3 nights - with breakfasts included. Welcome to the Loire Valley! Indeed, the Loire Valley has the undisputed reputation of containing the most beautiful of the French castles - such as Chenonceau, Chambord or Azay le Rideau. You are encouraged to take some time to discover the "terroir" of the Loire Valley with its wines (Vouvray or Chinon), and cheeses (Sainte Maure de Touraine or Selles sur Cher). Amboise: a guided tour Dominated by the royal château, you'll enjoy walking tour around the charming streets of Amboise, with its shops, bars, restaurants, and numerous medieval half timbered and Renaissance homes - considered one of the most quaint towns in the Loire Valley. Drop off is at approximately 5:30 PM at your hotel.

Day 2: Exclusive private day in the Loire Valley... Chambord, Chenonceau and Caves Ambacia Pick-up is at your hotel at 9:30 AM. Guided tour of the Chateau of Chambord In the middle of a forest the size of Paris, Chambord was the first Loire Valley chateau listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ordered in 1519 by King Francois I, it ended up with 426 rooms, 77 staircases and 282 fireplaces, and is the largest castle in the region. Leonardo da Vinci created its incredible double-helix staircase. Tour and wine tasting with a Specialist in matured Loire Valley vintages...Caves Ambacia You are welcomed to this cellar cave established in 1874. Discover a large range of vintages, from 1947 to the present. Made of chenin blanc, the Vouvray is a mineral wine with a high acidity level which allows for its great aging capacity. The meal is based on a discovery of Loire Valley wines around local food specialties. Guided tour of the Chateau of Chenonceau The unique architecture of the Chateau makes it one of the most exquisite in the Loire Valley. Nicknamed “the ladies castle", Chenonceau is associated with prominent French women who resided here, Catherine de Medici among them. Surrounding Renaissance gardens complete the spectacular picture. Day 3: Exclusive private day in the Loire Valley... Gardens of Villandry with tour and wine tastings at two local domains Pick-up is at 9:30 AM at your hotel. An intimate tour and wine tasting at a local domain, then... Tour and Bourgueil wine-tasting-lunch at another local domain The appellation Bourgueil produces red and rosé wines from the grape variety cabernet franc. After touring the estate, you'll enjoy a delightful selection of regional specialities, the foods specially paired with a selection of the domaine's wines. Gardens of Chateau de Villandry Finished in 1536, The castle of Villandry is the last of the large castles to be built on the banks of the Loire during the Renaissance. Day 4: Arrival in Bordeaux...the wine epicenter Check-out is after breakfast. Private transport from Amboise to Bordeaux. Day 5 : Exclusive private day in Bordeaux...Saint-Emilion - tour and wine tastings Pick up is at 9:30 AM at your hotel. Saint-Emilion: a guided tour A magnificent medieval town surrounded by ramparts (historic monuments in themselves), is famous not only for its unique architectural heritage, but also for the quality of its wines. The village takes its name from a local Benedictine Monk, Emilian, responsible for the uniquely designed limestone church at the heart of the village. Saint-Emilion is also famous for its fascinating romanesque churches and ruins that appear along its steep and narrow streets punctuated by cafés and boutiques of the terroir. Lunch is at your leisure upon your guide's recommendations. Tour and wine tastings in two Grands Crus Chateaux of Saint Emilion Drop off is approximately at 5.30 PM at your hotel.

Day 6: Exclusive private day in Bordeaux...Médoc and Tour and wine tasting at a local domain Pick-up is at 9.30 PM at your hotel. Médoc - Grands Crus road The Médoc, one of the world's most famous vineyard regions, invites you to follow the Route des Grands Crus as you witness many prestigious châteaux, reflecting the prosperity and prestige of Bordeaux winegrowers. Great names such as Margaux, Latour, Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothschild. Lunch is at your leisure upon your guide's recommendations.
